Yesterday was Friday the 13th. I know this because I stumbled upon a marathon showing of all the Friday the 13th movies on SyFy Thursday night. Gross!
I hope that this past week has been blessed by their daily study of Ephesians; and I am looking forward to seeing everyone at Mass and Bible Study tomorrow.
BIG NEWS: The work in the Sanctuary is done! The floor is in, the Altar is restored to its proper place and it all looks fantastic. Thank you so much Joe Cobb for the outstanding workmanship. It will be nice to have things back to normal.
A really big thanks also goes out to Walter, John and Robert Asseff who provided the contributions to make the restoration of the Sanctuary possible.
Please be thinking, praying and shopping in preparation for our Operation Christmas Child effort this year. We also need contributions to pay for the shipping of the boxes overseas. This year, we are planning on registering our boxes so that we can track where they go. We are also going to put a personalized card into each box so the recipient will know from whence it came and who is praying for them.
I hope to see everyone on Sunday!
